Make it as detailed as possible and absolutely add a photo. Be honest about your products and their condition and have it be well-written. I would say it's as easy as that! If they are looking for your kind of product, as long as it's a well-written one that is truthful (and has a reasonable price), there's no reason why it shouldn't sell.
The best thing I can tell you is to tell the people a story. Such as I aquired this PDA whn I was in college for $x and now that I am out I have no use for it so make me an offer. Another thing to keep in mind, is you're selling multiple items. Don't combine them in to one post. Make sure that each item gets its own ad. Otherwise you're not doing yourself justice and you won't have very much luck.
