they promise to get you in no problem ,lots to choose from i guess they are facing forclosures if they dont get someone in theese homes paying the mortgages .the catch is that theese middle men want a fee of 150 dollars to set it up ,does it sound like a scam or is it legit?In our local penny saver classifieds there is all ways ads for rent to own bad credit no problem?

If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.



Renting to own you will always be paying an obscene amount of interest. This of course is aside fromt he fact that you are contracting some buy to set it up. Is he an agent? Is he a broker?
