Do you sell or buy stuff from internet classifieds?

I am thinking of a listing site for our local area, free listings, do you think it would be useful? Any suggestions, anything you think could be useful? Does your neighbourhood need one?Do you sell or buy stuff from internet classifieds?
Internet classified work, but I still find local papers works better. In my area we have a weekly paper dedicated to people selling stuff or services. Most areas have similar papers...i.e., Merchandiser, Pennysaver, etc. Believe it or not, alot of people still read these and use them to purchase goods. i do think that we could use such a site especially if they can ask or opinions of those in special offices such as police or crime units and not give out names just areas to go without giving names so they can get help and not know that it was you that told and that could affect your health and well being of yourself and your family and the site should have areas all the state no matter where you live and there locations so that if you need this help you could just show up and nobody would know
