What the heck is a Morkie? Came across it in classifieds while searching for a Yorkie. Typo, or actual dog?

There was no typo, theres a mix called a 'morkie' or a 'yorktese'.( a yorkie crossed with maltese). You can get them either in a teacup size roughly around 3 pounds maximum or just a plain one..usually around 8 pounds.They come in all sorts of colours and sizes. I saw one the other day and it had pointy ears and was a cream colour...it was adorable.They can be very pricey..the lowest amount for one i have seen was $800 and can easily go up to $3,000. Hope this helps.
It's a mixed breed of something crossed with a Yorkie. I'm sure it would be a great pet but not worth paying a lot of money for.

Sounds like a cute dog, but why paid full price for a mix breed dog? Why not try to see if there are some in the shelters and rescue groups where you live. No Britney, hybrids come from breeding same breed together, a morkie is just the same as any other dog that come from breeding two breeds together. The are called HI PRICED MUTTS, MONGRELS, OH AND THE NEW WORD IS DESIGNER DOGS.
Oh no its a actual dog lol its a Maltese and a Yorkie Mix.. its a Hybrid :) they are VERY cute!
